Each piece is handcrafted in our small Berlin studio and every object is one of a kind. Variations in shape, size, and color will occur as they are part of the design process. Our stoneware is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and durable for everyday use, although hand washing is advised.

A collection that celebrates the raw beauty of nature through form, texture, and color. These plates are crafted in fluid, imperfect shapes to highlight the organic qualities of the clay from which they are made.

Each plate’s design features a contrast of surfaces. The raw, unglazed edges offer a tactile experience, reminiscent of untouched earth, while the center is glazed to a smooth and glossy finish, providing a functional, food-safe surface. The natural color of the clay is allowed to shine through, emphasizing the earthy tones and subtle variations inherent in the material.

By using www.deakakerstrucl.com/shop and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of use set out herein. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order. The inclusion of any products or services on www.deakakerstrucl.com/shop at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Dea Kaker Štrucl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Dea Kaker Štrucl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site.

Prices
The prices displayed at www.deakakerstrucl.com/shop are final prices. Prices include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) or Turnover Tax. Invoicing is made in accordance with german tax law §25a UStG (Umsatzsteuergesetz, turnover tax act). Prices for Germany wide shipping include a delivery charge. Should we be unable to supply the goods you have ordered at the price or conditions shown, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Dea Kaker Štrucl has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Ordering, Conclusion of Contract
Within 48 hours after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including an invoice from Dea Kaker Štrucl, if you have supplied us with your email address. The receipt of the order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order and your agreement to these terms and conditions.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, we will notify you and ask you to contact our customer service team who will settle the refund.

Payments
You can pick from the following payment methods for your purchase.

Customers are required to settle all payments immediately upon receipt of invoice from Dea Kaker Štrucl. If not otherwise indicated all payments must be made in Euro (€). Title to all goods remains with Dea Kaker Štrucl until payment is made in full. Only after payment has been received in full by Dea Kaker Štrucl, will goods be released for delivery or collection. You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation email. You are obliged to submit a correct email address and to inform Dea Kaker Štrucl if your email address changes. Please note that Dea Kaker Štrucl reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for organising shipping if needed. Dea Kaker Štrucl can arrange packing and worldwide shipping services for your order on request. for All orders are ready to be dispatched within two weeks of receipt of full payment. Only after payment has been received by Dea Kaker Štrucl, goods are released for delivery or collection.

Pick Up
All Objects are available for customer pick up from our Berlin office by appointment. Customers may engage a third party service to pick up goods at the customer’s sole risk and expense.

Shipping (Worldwide)
Dea Kaker Štrucl can arrange packing and worldwide shipping services for your order. Please note a service charge may apply. We recommend using a service from our list of international shipping companies that will safely deliver your objects to you. Any shipping services provided or arranged by Dea Kaker Štrucl are at the customer’s sole risk and expense. All goods must be shipped with an insured method.

Please note Dea Kaker Štrucl does not guarantee shipping prices, shipment time, or quality of any third party services engaged by Dea Kaker Štrucl on behalf of the customer. Dea Kaker Štrucl is not liable for any damages or loss sustained in transit via third parties.

Customs Charges
Customers are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your shipment. Customs will determine these charges, and Dea Kaker Štrucl has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Customers must comply with, and observe all applicable legislation and regulations, including obtaining any relevant import permits needed to purchase goods from Dea Kaker Štrucl. Dea Kaker Štrucl does not accept liability for goods purchased by customers in respect of any local import laws.

Delivery & Damages
Customers are obliged to examine all goods upon delivery, any damages to the object or packaging incurred during shipping must be immediately reported to Dea Kaker Štrucl via email to deakaker@gmail.com.

Withdrawal of Order
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please provide us with notice in writing via email to deakaker@gmail.com and return the item or items to us. We will provide a refund by attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items.

Customers are obliged to notify Dea Kaker Štrucl within 10 days from delivery, should any of the delivered goods be defective or damaged. Please note that vintage items are not sold as new and are likely to show signs of wear and tear. This is not sufficient grounds for a refund. We will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, excluding the costs of delivery and return. If customers fail to notify Dea Kaker Štrucl within the given timeframe, Dea Kaker Štrucl shall accept no liability. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through www.deakakerstrucl.com/shop (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), Dea Kaker Štrucl reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.

Returns
Dea Kaker Štrucl accepts returns within 10 days from delivery, if goods are returned in sold and saleable condition, excluding associated delivery costs. Customers are obliged to notify Dea Kaker Štrucl within 10 days from delivery, should any of the delivered goods be defective or damaged. If customers fail to notify Dea Kaker Štrucl within the given timeframe, Dea Kaker Štrucl shall accept no liability. Dea Kaker Štrucl may refuse returns of items which have been altered by the customer in any way.

In case of return, customers assume responsibility for payment of all shipping costs and any damage the goods may incur during shipping, storage or delivery regardless of the reason for return. You may send the item back to us, we will provide you with an address if required using any insured and traceable method.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal as the preferred method. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), debit card, transferwise, will be added soon. Cash upon pickup (in Berlin) is possible on all orders. Payment details will be provided alongside your order confirmation email.

Is shipping included in my order?
All prices are excluding shipping costs. These will be added during the checkout process and depending on national or international delivery.

Local Delivery (Berlin)
We offer a standard delivery service locally within Berlin. Objects are generally delivered within 14 working days of payment to allow for packing and shipping requirements.

Shipping (Worldwide)
For our international customers, we can arrange for international delivery to your building door. Items are generally shipped within 14 working days of payment to allow for packing and shipping requirements.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Goods must be returned as sold and in saleable condition, including original packaging such as boxes, bags, and other materials. Customers returning items are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Immo Schneider. Any delivery or service fees incurred during shipping will not be refunded. To make a return, please contact us to receive further instructions.

What is your privacy policy?
We value our customers’ privacy, and do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
